Returns & Replacements
Returning of make up, because of the nature of goods we do not except returns for any make up or cosmetic product if it has been opened or the packaging removed unless otherwise stated in its product description.
Our returns policy only covers goods that may have been damaged in the postal service or are damaged goods on arrival all goods must be returned unopened within 7 days.
We test all products we dispatch for soundness and quality and pack them to resist damage. However if on arrival you find your goods to be faulty they must be returned in there original packaging within seven days of receipt. You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee we recommend you use a insured recorded delivery. On receipt of your goods we will inspect and issue the necessary refund through our system.
